Innovative Insulation Technology - Sprayable, Insulating Coating

Equipment, tanks, pipes, etc... can be insulated with a sprayable insulating coating. The coating replaces traditional insulation and metal jacketing at a fraction of the cost.

The coating can be applied while the equipment is in production and has an upper limit of 450 degrees F. The heat from the process actually cures the coating. Corrosion Under Insulation (C.U.I.) can not occur because the coating is adhered to the substrate.

The sprayable insulting coating provides safety for personnel, energy and cost-savings for the owner, as well as, assisting with Risk Management by decreasing the risk of burns.
