Our Harmonic Filter comes with a 60-day money back guarantee. If the Harmonic Filter does not reduce your kWh usage, you can return it to us within the 60-day period and we will refund the amount you paid for the Harmonic Filter (excluding any installation, removal and shipping charges).
Warranty
Limited Warranty. We warrant the device only for manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. This limited warranty does not apply to any defect or failure other than a manufacturing defect. Without limiting the generality of the warranty, it does not apply to any defect caused by damage in transit or your handling of your device. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
Disclaimer of implied warranty. Other than the express warranty for the device set forth above, following the term of the limited warranty, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and specifically disclaim, following the term of the limited warranty, any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the device for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, or any warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance, or any warranty that the device is “error free” or will meet your requirements. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation on Remedy- Repair of replacement. Your only remedy for any breach of any limited warranty or other breach of any duty regarding a device is to get a repaired or replacement device by following our return policy. In order to return your device under this provision, the following conditions must satisfied within 1 year from the date you purchased the device (the date we successfully processed your payment): before returning your device to us, you obtain a valid return authorization number from our Customer Care department, which you can reach at (770) 287-3300; we receive your device, in its original condition, reasonable wear and tear excluded, together with the original packaging, all parts, and documentation within 14 calendar days of issuing the return authorization number; and you pay all costs due to installation and removal of the device, and costs of shipping the device.
Disclaimer of Liability for Damages. In no event will GiG2 Inc, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates or agents who furnishes services or devices to you in connection with our service be liable for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the device. These limitations apply whether or not we were informed or the likelihood of any particular type of damages. Some States do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
